Verona is once again holding its Fourth of July fireworks a little bit early–Thursday, July 1, to be exact. The sound and light show starts with DJ music at 7 p.m., and the actual fireworks at dusk.
But Anthony Totoriello would like you to know that you can start the festivities even earlier with an all-you-can-eat BBQ on the patio at Frank Anthony‘s beginning at 5 p.m. It costs $8 for kids under 8 and $21 per person for everybody else, and the menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, sausage, pulled pork, and side dishes, including pasta salad, potato salad, corn on the cob, fruit and more. Frank Anthony’s doesn’t have a liquor license so BYOB!
The Verona fireworks will begin on the upper field at Verona High School at about 9:20 p.m. It doesn’t look now as if the rain date will be needed, but if it is, it is Friday, July 2.
