Summer isn’t even here yet, but if you have a kid interested in soccer you need to think about the fall.
Verona United will have open registration for the fall season this Friday, June 18, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Verona Community Center. This is a travel soccer league, open to children in second through seventh grades. There is a $280 fee to join, which covers league and game day fees, as well as game day trainer and two training sessions per week.
Verona United will set up teams during the week of June 21 and notify all players of their assignments by July 1. You can download the registration form from Verona United’s home page or e-mail Paula Horton with any questions.
