Getting Married? Had A Baby? Tell MyVeronaNJ

With the wedding limos lining up in Verona Park on the weekends, we’d like to remind you that MyVeronaNJ is a great place to share your celebration with the world.

Whether you’re toasting an engagement, getting married, or welcoming a new child, consider sharing it with our readers, in words, photos–and videos.

Here’s what you need to do. For engagements and weddings, we need the full names of the couple and the date of their event. Please tell us their connection to Verona (born here, graduated from VHS, living here now, etc.),  where they live now and their occupations. You may also want to tell us about their college and career, achievements and activities, as well as us how they met. Please include the names of the couple’s parents and where they live, and, for a wedding or civil union, the name and title of the person conducting the ceremony. You may also include where the event will be celebrated.

For a new child, please tell us the full name of the child and his or her date of birth or adoption. Include the full names of the parents and grandparents, and their connection to Verona.

You can send us photos in either JPEG or PNG formats. For videos, which must be under 10 minutes in length, please give us the URL to the video site where the file has been posted, or the “embed” code. And if the images were taken by a professional, please include the photographer’s name so we can give proper credit.

E-mail all the details to us at [email protected], and be sure to include a cell phone number so we can reach you if we have questions.
