Slow Food Northern New Jersey, a group dedicated to supporting locally grown, ecologically friendly foods on farms and in restaurants, is holding a Spring Wine Dinner at CulinAriane in Montclair.

Ariane and Michael Duarte, the Verona residents who own CulinAriane, will create a 4-course dinner paired with wines from Italian Wine Merchants, New York City’s premier Italian wine purveyor. The dinner will be held on Tuesday, June 8, at 7 p.m., and the cost is $80 for Slow Food members and $85 for non-members. The menu is here, along with a way to buy your tickets online.
