A few weeks back, we did a House Snooping on 142 Morningside Road, a substantially renovated house on the west side of Verona.
The homeowners have chosen a new listing agent, Lori Buck, to market and sell the home and there’s been a big price adjustment: The new price is $739,900, down from $799,000.
