Laura Berman Fortgang is going to be back at Bangz Salon and Wellness Spa this coming Monday night with some tips on how to do some spring cleaning–in your life.
Fortgang is a pioneer in the field of life coaching and the author of the author of four best-selling titles including “Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction” and “The Little Book on Meaning”. At Bangz, she’ll be talking about getting rid of mental and physical clutter, regaining your energy, getting inspired and making plans that stick.
The seminar is Monday, April 12, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. It costs $10, payable at the door, and you should reserve by calling Bangz at 973-746-8426. The salon is located at 23 South Fullerton Avenue, in the center of Montclair.
